Terms and Conditions

  1. Parents or legal guardians of children under the age of 6 are solely and fully responsible for the care, supervision, safety, and well-being of their child(ren) at all times while attending any Playmersive session. Playmersive does not provide supervision for children under the age of 6 and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident arising from or related to the supervision, care, or conduct of such children.
  2. Playmersive shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of, theft of, or damage to participants’ personal belongings while attending any Playmersive session. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing suitable for the activities, as Playmersive is not responsible for any stains, soiling, or damage to clothing. Aprons will be provided for children where necessary.
  3. Playmersive does not retain any completed or partially completed work created during sessions. Participants are responsible for collecting and taking their work home at the end of each session. Any work left behind will not be stored, maintained, or retained by Playmersive.
  4. To ensure the safety of all participants, nuts are strictly prohibited within the session premises. Hot drinks are also strictly prohibited within the session premises during sessions attended by children under the age of 6.

Payment and Cancellation

  1. Session Confirmation: A participant’s spot will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation WhatsApp message/email will be sent once the payment has been successfully processed.

  2. Session Cancellation: If you are unable to attend a booked session, cancellation must be made by contacting Playmersive directly at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled session start time. Failure to provide timely cancellation notice will result in the forfeiture of the session, and no make-up session or refund will be provided.

Health and Safety Requirements

Participants exhibiting any of the following symptoms should not attend Playmersive sessions:

a) Fever: Participants must be fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication.

b) Diarrhea or Vomiting: Participants must not attend sessions if they have experienced diarrhea or vomiting within the previous 24 hours, regardless of the use of anti-diarrhea medication.

c) Sore Throat: A sore throat, whether accompanied by fever or not.

d) Unusual Skin Rash: Any unexplained or unusual skin rash.

e) Flu-like Symptoms: Including a productive or persistent cough.

f) Red, Watery, or Painful Eyes: Particularly when accompanied by yellowish discharge.

g) Persistent Cough: Any ongoing or persistent cough.

Illness, Accident, or Injury

a) In the event of any illness, accident, or injury, a first aid kit is available on-site. However, any first aid or medical assistance must be administered by the attending adult, parent, or legal guardian of a child under the age of 6. It is the responsibility of the attending adult, parent, or guardian to provide or seek appropriate medical assistance when required. Playmersive staff are not responsible for administering medical care in the event of illness, accident, or injury.

b) In the event of any illness, accident, or injury involving a child above the age of 6, Playmersive staff may take reasonable steps on behalf of the parent or legal guardian, acting in the best interests of the child. In the event of an emergency, the parent or legal guardian will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.

c) In the event of any illness, accident, or injury, an incident report will be completed detailing the circumstances of the event, including relevant personal information of the attending adult and child, as well as any first aid or assistance provided. A copy of the incident report will be provided to the parent or legal guardian, and Playmersive will retain a copy for its records.
