a) What time should I arrived for the event?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the event start time to check in. Event will start on time.
b) What should I bring to the session?
All materials, tools and essential will be fully provided during the session.
c) What should I wear for the session?
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing suitable for the activities, as Playmersive is not responsible for any stains, soiling, or damage to clothing. Aprons will be provided for children where necessary.
d) Can I request for a refund if I cannot make it to the session?
If you are unable to attend a booked session, cancellation must be made by contacting Playmersive directly at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled session start time. Failure to provide timely cancellation notice will result in the forfeiture of the session, and no make-up session or refund will be provided.
