a) What time should I arrived for the event?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the event start time to check in. Event will start on time.
b) What should I bring to the session?
Please bring your own photography device. Any camera or mobile phone is welcome.
c) Can I request for a refund if I cannot make it to the session?
If you are unable to attend a booked session, cancellation must be made by contacting Playmersive directly at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session start time. Failure to provide timely cancellation notice will result in the forfeiture of the session, and no make-up session or refund will be provided.
